Cancellation Policy
All cancellations for transfers booked in a Sedan, SUV or Van must be received two (2) hours prior to contracted start time to avoid forfeiture of 100 percent of the estimated trip total.
All cancellations for Sedans, SUVs and Vans booked for three (3) hours or greater require a 50 percent deposit at time of booking that becomes non-refundable 48 hours prior to contract start time; if customer cancels within two (2) hours of contract start time a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the estimated trip total will be charged.
Cancellations for all other vehicles (Limousine, Hummer, Limousine Bus, Van Terra, Minibus or Motorcoach Bus) require a 50 percent deposit at time of booking that becomes non-refundable (48) hours prior to contract start date. If customer cancels within 2 hours of contract start time, full amount of a cancellation fee of the estimated trip total will be charged.
Rules of Conduct:
– No smoking is allowed in the vehicle.
– Any unusual spill soiling or damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will result in a $250 clean-up fee being charged directly to the credit card on file for the trip.
– No alcohol permitted on the bus on Public Wine/Brewery/Spirits Tours, DC Tours or Day Trips.
– No alcohol permitted on the vehicle if any minor (under 21 years of age) is present.
– A List Limousine Service LLC representative/chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for any type of gross misconduct or insobriety.

No Show Policy
Airport – If you fail to arrive at the scheduled pick up time and/or location for the arriving flight information you provided to us and there has not been any contact with A List Limousine Service LLC after an hour for domestic flights or an hour and a half for international flights this will be considered a “No Show” and you will be charged the full fee of the reservation plus gratuity and any additional fees. Your assigned chauffeur will attempt to contact you either by phone or text, please respond to that communication to confirm contact and pick up details. If you can’t locate your vehicle please call us at 877-843-5466. Please call the office for assistance and we will direct you to the driver.
Wait Time
Wait time applies only to a Point to Point service after the grace period is over. Hourly rentals are exempt from waiting charges. The grace period is the time elapsed that was given to you as complimentary from the scheduled pick up. Grace period is up to 15 minutes. Exceeding the grace period will result in wait-time charges.
